At our company's Ordinary General Meeting held on 14 March 2026, it was resolved to appoint BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. as the independent audit firm to audit the financial statements for the 2026 financial year in accordance with the principles set forth in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority.
