Şirketimizin 250.000.000.-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde kalınarak, 52.180.855,64 TL nominal değerli çıkarılmış sermayesinin 1 TL nominal değerli 100 adet pay için 1 TL yeni pay alma hakkı kullanım fiyatı üzerinden tamamı nakden karşılanmak üzere toplam 97.819.144,36 TL artırılarak 150.000.000.- TL'ye yükseltilmesi nedeniyle ihraç ve halka arz edilecek paylara ilişkin hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması amacıyla 14.04.2021 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılan başvuru Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunca 05.08.2021 tarihinde olumlu karşılanmıştır.
