Şirketimizin 250.000.000,00 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 52.180.855,64 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 97.819.144,36 TL (%187,46174) bedelli artırılarak 150.000.000,00 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin olarak Şirketimizin sermaye artırımı işlemleri izahnamede belirtilen koşullar çerçevesinde tamamlanmış ve Şirketimizin yeni çıkarılmış sermayesi 150.000.000,00 TL'ye yükselmiştir. "SPK" (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu) nun VII-128.1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin 25. maddesinin 1. Fıkrasının (c) bendi uyarınca şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin "Kayıtlı Sermaye" başlıklı 6.maddesinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin olarak uygun görüş alınması amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğumuz başvuru yine Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 18.10.2021 tarih ve E-29833736-105.01.01.01-11967 sayılı yazısı ile onaylanmıştır. irketimiz esas sözleşmesinin "Kayıtlı Sermaye" başlıklı 6.maddesinin tadil metni T.C. İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'nce 28.10.2021 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 28.10.2021 tarihli 10440 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayımlanarak ilan edilmiştir.
