Yönetim Kurulu'nun aşağıdaki kararı çerçevesinde kâr dağıtımı ile ilgili önerisi Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulacaktır:
"-Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("
SPK
")'nın Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1 sayılı Tebliğ) hükümleri dahilinde, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, sunum esasları SPK'nın konuya ilişkin kararları uyarınca belirlenen, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara göre; 66.886.745 Türk Lirası tutarında "Net Dönem Kârı" oluşmuş olup; 31.12.2022 tarihi itibariyle konsolide finansal tablolara göre; 61.302.685 Türk Lirası tutarında "Geçmiş Yıllar Karı" oluşması nedeniyle, 2022 ve geçmiş yılların hesap dönemlerine ilişkin bu tutarların tamamının kâr dağıtımı yapılacağı hususunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve bu hususun genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
