Şirketimiz'in 21.03.2025 tarih ve 2025/03/004 sayılı yönetim kurulu kararı uyarınca, Şirketimiz Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarına 16.600.783.- TL zarar, TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarına göre ise 45.450.858,48 TL kar elde etmiştir. 2024 yılı dönem karından geçmiş yıl zararı olan 33.393.433,64 TL'nın tenzil edilmesi ile kalan 12.057.424,84 TL tutarın %5'i olan 602.871,24 TL'nın Birinci Tertip Kanuni Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılmasına, kalan 11.454.553,60 TL karın Olağanüstü Yedeklere ayrılmasına ilişkin öneri katılanların oy birliği kabul edildi.
