Şirketimizin çıkarılmış sermayesinin 31.620.000.-TL'nden tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle %26,88172 oranında artırılarak 40.120.000 TL'ye çıkarılması işlemlerine ilişkin olarak, yeni pay alma haklarının kullanımından sonra kalan 85.156,372 TL nominal değerdeki payların, 16-17.05.2017 tarihlerinde 2 iş günü süre ile Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasa'da satışa sunulması neticesinde, ilgili payların tümünün satışı 16.05.2017 tarihi itibarıyla tamamlanmıştır.
Artırılan 8.500.000 TL sermayeyi temsil eden paylar karşılığında, yeni pay alma hakkı kullanım süresi (27.04.2017-11.05.2017) içerisinde kullanılan rüçhan haklarından 3.891.018,17 TL ve kalan payların 16.05.2017 tarihinde Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasa'da satışından 161.598,59 TL olmak üzere toplam 4.052.616,76 TL nakit girişi sağlanmıştır.
