Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 22.04.2020 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) duyurusu yapılan, Şirketimizin 96.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde kalmak üzere, 40.120.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, tamamı nakden (bedelli) karşılanmak suretiyle %95 oranında 38.114.000 TL artırılarak 78.234.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na bugün (05.05.2020) itibariyle başvuru yapılmıştır.
