Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 10.06.2021 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) duyurusu yapılan, Şirketimizin 350.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde kalmak üzere, 78.234.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, tamamı nakden (bedelli) karşılanmak suretiyle %96,58971 oranında 75.566.000 TL artırılarak 153.800.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na bugün (28.06.2021) itibarıyla başvuru yapılmıştır.
