Şirketimizin çıkarılmış sermayesinin 153.800.000 TL'ye yükselmiş olması sebebiyle, şirketimiz ana sözleşmesinin "Şirketin Sermayesi" başlıklı 6.maddesinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin olarak uygun görüş alınması amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yapılmasına 02.09.2021 tarihinde Yönetim Kurulu tarafından karar verilmişti. Söz konusu başvuruya ilişkin evraklar bugün (09.09.2021) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na gönderilmiş ve başvuru yapılmıştır.
