Şirketimiz tarafından , Türk Ticaret Kanunu (T.T.K.) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu hazırlanan ve Arkan & Ergin Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan 01.01.2018 – 31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara göre 4.168.660 - TL net Dönem Zararı ve T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) göre düzenlenen finansal tablolarına göre 156.724,48 TL Net Dönem Zararı oluşmuştur.

Yönetim Kurulumuz Dönem Zararı oluştuğu için kar dağıtılmaması hususunun genel kurula önerilmesine katılanların oy birliği ile karar vermiştir.
