In line with the decision taken by the Board of Directors of our Company, within the framework of the Communiqué III.61.1 on Lease Certificates (‘Communiqué') published by the Capital Markets Board (‘CMB') .1 Communiqué on Lease Certificates (‘Communiqué') published by the Capital Markets Board (‘CMB'), the issuer will be Kalkınma Yatırım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. (‘Issuer') and our Company will be the fund user and/or source organisation (‘Fund User'), in one or more times; limited to an issue ceiling of 5.000.000.000.000. -TL (Five Billion Turkish Lira) issuance ceiling and to authorise the General Management to apply to the CMB and other relevant authorities and obtain the necessary permissions for the issuance of lease certificates based on the management contract to be sold to qualified investors and/or allocated without public offering in different maturities within one year from the date of the CMB decision.' In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail
