Vakıf Financial Leasing A.Ş.'s Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) prepared in accordance with the Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority and audited by Güney Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountants A.Ş. – 31 December 2024 financial period, which has been subject to mandatory sustainability assurance audit by Güney Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountants Inc., is attached hereto.


In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
