The election of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik AŞ (ERNST & YOUNG) for the independent audit services of our Company for the year 2026 at the General Assembly dated 16 April 2026 was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 30 April 2026 and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette dated 30 April 2026 and numbered 111574.


In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and Englishversions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
