Şirketimiz tarafından Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe/Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Kavram Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024- 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 33.629.852 TL Ana ortaklık Dönem Kârı" oluşmuştur. VUK hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 37.430.121 TL "Dönem Kârı" oluşmuştur. Uzun vadeli stratejimiz, yatırım ve finansman politikaları, piyasa beklentileri paralelinde, 2024 yılı karından dağıtım yapılmamasına, genel kanuni yedek akçelerin ayrılmasından sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasına, ve bu şekilde Şirket bünyesinde tutulmasına ve 15 Nisan 2025 tarihinde yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, EK/1'de yer alan kâr dağıtım önerisi Genel Kurulun onayına sunulacak olup, ayrıca Genel Kurul toplantısından önceki üç hafta süreyle Şirketimiz Merkezi'nde, MKK'nın Elektronik Genel Kurul portalında ve

adresindeki kurumsal internet sitesinde ilan edilmiştir.
