Piramit Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. tarafından gerçekleştirilen likidite sağlayıcılık faaliyetleri kapsamında Şirketimiz tarafından edinilmiş olan 190.665 adet [TNZTP] payı, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. nezdinde oluşan güncel piyasa fiyatı üzerinden satılmıştır.

Söz konusu pay satışı karşılığında, fon Katılım Payı edinilmiştir. İşlem, şirketimizin likit varlık yönetimi stratejisi doğrultusunda ve sermaye piyasası mevzuatına uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Within the scope of liquidity providing activities carried out by Piramit Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş., 190.665 [TNZTP] shares acquired by our Company were sold at the current market price formed by Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.

In return for the sale of the shares in question, the Fund Participation Share was acquired. The transaction was carried out in line with our company's liquid asset management strategy and in accordance with the capital market legislation.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
