Düzeltme Nedeni: 11.07.2025 tarihli KAP açıklamamızda; Satıldığı bildirilen pay adedi sehven 190.661 olarak belirtilmiştir. Gün içerisinde yapılan toplam işlem miktarı 500.000 adettir.

Şirketimiz tarafından daha önce edinilen 500.000 adet [TNZTP] payı, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. nezdinde oluşan güncel piyasa fiyatı üzerinden satılmıştır.

Söz konusu pay satışı karşılığında, fon Katılım Payı edinilmiştir. İşlem, şirketimizin likit varlık yönetimi stratejisi doğrultusunda ve sermaye piyasası mevzuatına uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Reason for Correction: In our KAP statement dated July 11, 2025, the number of shares reported sold was erroneously stated as 190,661. The total transaction volume for the day was 500,000.

The 500,000 [TNZTP] shares previously acquired by our company were sold at the current market price established on Borsa Istanbul A.Ş.

In exchange for this share sale, a fund participation share was acquired. The transaction was carried out in line with our company's liquid asset management strategy and in accordance with capital markets legislation.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
