As the ongoing construction project in Buca, which includes 111 apartments and 24 workplaces, nears completion, demand for rentals for the project's offices is increasing.

It has been decided to establish a company, Buca Pera Gayrimenkul Danışmanlık İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., with a 60% stake ofour company, to handle the sales of the apartments, the leasing of offices, and the management of the shopping mall.

The project premises are expected to be rented out in 2026, and the rental of these premises is expected to generate an annual cash inflow of around TL 30 million to the company's balance sheet.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
