The complex consisting of a shopping mall and hotel located at Balçova/İZMİR, registered as Inciraltı district 1316 island 5 parcel, which we announced to the public that we purchased in 2023, has reached an important stage that can be described as the beginning of our project to convert it into a fully-fledged hospital complex for health tourism activities.
At this stage, we have submitted an application to the relevant municipality for the demolition of existing structures in the area where the hospital's main building will be constructed. Once the municipality grants the demolition permit, we will immediately commence work to complete the project.
Any developments that must be disclosed to the public in accordance with Capital Markets Legislation will be shared with our investors through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
