Yönetim Kurulu,

2017 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemelerine göre oluşan 102.275.936 TL net dönem karından;

a. 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun ("TTK") 519/1 maddesinde öngörülen yasal kayıtlarda yer alan net dönem karının %5'i olan 4.212.763,58 TL'nin genel kanuni yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasının,

b. SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemelerine uygun olarak yıl içinde yapılan bağışların dönem karına ilave edilerek ulaşılmış bulunan toplam 98.063.172,42 TL dağıtılabilir net dönem karından,

i. Kar dağıtım politikasında belirlenen oranlar dikkate alınarak %20 oranında ve ve 19.612.634,48 TL tutarında birinci kar payı olarak ortaklara dağıtılmasının,

ii. TTK'nın 519/2 hükmü uyarınca %10 oranında 611.263,45 TL genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasının,

c. 19.612.634,48 TL temettü üzerinden 1 lot=1 TL nominal değerli paya 0,0726394 TL brüt kar payının vergi düzenlemelerine uygun olarak vergi stopajı yapılmasını takiben en geç 31 Mayıs 2018 tarihine kadar nakden dağıtılmasının,

Genel Kurul'a önerilmesine karar vermiştir.
