Goodyear Lastikleri T.A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu'nun 14.03.2022 tarihli kararıyla; g
erek içinde bulunduğumuz küresel ve ulusal ekonomik şartlar, gerekse işletme sermayesi yönetiminde sürdürdüğümüz ihtiyatlı yaklaşımımız doğrultusunda; 2021 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("SPK") düzenlemelerine göre oluşan 367.465.078,00 TL net dönem karından; 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 519/1 maddesinde öngörülen yasal kayıtlarda yer alan net dönem karının %5'i olan 11.916.433,19 TL'nin genel kanuni yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasının ve SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemelerine uygun olarak, dağıtılabilir net dönem karından ortaklara kar payı dağıtılmaması önerisi oy çokluğuyla onaylanmıştır.
