As per our Company's Board of Directors' resolution dated March 21, 2024; resignation of Burcu Güvenç Demiryontar, who has been serving as the Finance Director of our Company, effective as of July 1, 2024, due to a change of position has been accepted and also has been resolved that Taha Feyzan Yıldırım, who will join our company as of May 1, 2024, will be appointed to the vacant position of Finance Director as of July 1, 2024.
