oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Rekabet Kurulu, Şirketimize otomotiv sektöründe lastik üretimi ve dağıtımı alanında faaliyet gösteren çeşitli teşebbüsler hakkında, Şirketimiz de dahil olmak üzere, Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'un (4054 sayılı Kanun) 4. maddesini ihlal edip etmediğinin tespiti amacıyla bir soruşturma başlatma kararı bildirmiştir. Bu devam eden bir soruşturma olduğundan, daha fazla bilgi verememekteyiz. Rekabet Kurumu tarafından soruşturma açılması, soruşturmaya konu teşebbüslerin 4054 sayılı Kanuna uymadıkları, Kanun kapsamında ceza yaptırımı ile karşı karşıya kaldıkları veya kalacakları şeklinde yorumlanamayacak olup, konu hakkındaki gelişmeler Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı çerçevesinde kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır. Yukarıdaki açıklamalarımızın, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun yürürlükteki Özel Durumlar Tebliğinde yer alan esaslara uygun olduğunu, bu konuda/konularda tarafımıza ulaşan bilgileri tam olarak yansıttığını, bilgilerin defter, kayıt ve belgelerimize uygun olduğunu, konuyla ilgili bilgileri tam ve doğru olarak elde etmek için gerekli tüm çabaları gösterdiğimizi ve yapılan bu açıklamalardan sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz. The Competition Board notified our Company of its decision to initiate an investigation of various undertakings operating in the field of tire production and distribution in the automotive sector including our Company for possible non-compliance with Article 4 of the Protection of Competition Law (Law No. 4054) As this is an ongoing investigation we cannot provide any further information.  The fact that the Competition Board has initiated an investigation does not necessarily mean that the companies subject to investigation have not complied with the Law No. 4054 nor they will be subject to a penalty due to a violation of the Competition Law. Developments on the subject will be shared with the public within the framework of the Capital Markets Legislation. We proclaim that our above disclosure is in conformity with the principles set down in "Material Events Communiqué" of Capital Markets Board, and it fully reflects all information coming to our knowledge on the subject matter thereof, and it is in conformity with our books, records and documents, and all reasonable efforts have been shown by our Company in order to obtain all information fully and accurately about the subject matter thereof, and we're personally liable for the disclosures.
