As per our Company's Board of Directors' resolution dated January 17, 2025; the retirement and departure of Saffet Güven Loğoğlu, who serves as the Director Manufacturing Izmit of our Company, effective from March 31, 2025, has been accepted. It is also resolved that Erkan Sarı, who joins our company as of March 1, 2025, will be appointed as Director Manufacturing Izmit as of April 1, 2025. Saffet Güven Loğoğlu and Erkan Sarı will work together to ensure smooth transition and handover till the end of March 2025.
