Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 519 maddesi hükmü uyarınca, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre hesaplanan 1.530.097,55 TL dönem net kârının %5'i oranında, 76.504,88 TL tutarın 1. Tertip Yasal Yedek Akçe ayrılmasına,
Yasal kayıtlarımızdaki 2017 yılı karından 1.Tertip Yasal Yedek ayrılması sonrası kalan tutar olan 1.453.592,67 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedeklere atılması ve 01.01.2017 - 31.12.2017 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kâr dağıtımı yapılamayacağı kararı pay sahipleri bilgilendirilmek suretiyle Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına
Oy Birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
