Pursuant to the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated June 19, 2025, within the scope of the share buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors, on June 24, 2025, a total of 123.112 BORLS shares were bought back at a price range of 67,80 TL – 61,90 TL per share (weighted average 64,245 TL) on the Borsa Istanbul. With this purchase, the Company now owns 2.106.447 shares of BORLS.
