Pursuant to the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated June 19, 2025, within the scope of the share buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors, on June 27, 2025, a total of 51.664 BORLS shares were bought back at a price range of 70,05 TL – 63,90 TL per share (weighted average 65,779 TL) on the Borsa Istanbul. With this purchase, the Company now owns 3.310.653 shares of BORLS.
The ratio of the repurchased shares to the Company's capital is 1,96245 %.
