As per the letter dated December 2, 2025, an application has been made to Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş., one of the creditor institutions that signed the Financial Restructuring Framework Agreement (Large-Scale Application) under the Provisional Article 32 of Banking Law No. 5411, for the restructuring of the existing loans of our Company, Borlease Otomotiv A.Ş., and subsidiaries.
