20/08/2025 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile Şirket'in mevcut 185.300.000 TL tutarındaki çıkarılmış sermayesinin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-18.1 Sayılı Kayıtlı Sermaye Sistemi Tebliği'nin (Tebliğ) 6. Maddesinin 6. Fıkrası kapsamında bir defaya mahsus olmak üzere 450.000.000 TL'lik kayıtlı sermaye tavanı aşılarak, %700 oranında iç kaynaklardan karşılanmak suretiyle 1.297.100.000 TL (315.785.246 TL tutarlı kısmının sermaye düzeltmesi olumlu farklarından, 981.314.754 TL tutarlı kısmının ise paylara ilişkin emisyon primlerinden karşılanmasına) tutarında artırılarak 1.482.400.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılan başvurumuz 04.12.2025 tarihli 2025/61 nolu SPK bülteninde olumlu sonuçlanmıştır.
