Nicat Batarya Teknolojileri A.Ş. in which our subsidiary Alesta Elektronik Teknoloji Yatırım A.Ş. holds a 6.3% stake and which develops cathodes using artificial intelligence technology for rechargeable  batteries, signed a total 7-year contract with a battery manufacturer of USA origin, which includes technological consultancy and license transfer.

During this agreement, which will be a very important step in the export of technology know-how from Turkey to the USA, consultancy and license income is expected to reach 26.2 million USD.
