önetim Kurulumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'ndan gelen talep üzerine, yönetim kurulumuzun 26/02/2019 tarihli ve 2019/4 sayılı kararı uyarınca 25.03.2019 tarihinde gerçekleşecek Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında dağıtılmasını teklif etmeyi karar altına aldığı kar miktarı ve kar payı, aşağıdaki şekilde değiştirilerek genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına oybirliğiyle karar vermiştir.
