KARAR : Yönetim Kurulumuz gündemindeki konuyu müzakere ederek 25/03/2020 tarihinde gerçekleşecek 2019 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul'da 1.765.277,98 TL'si 2017 yılına ait genel kanuni yedek akçelerden; 2.699.357,35 TL'si 2018 yılına ait genel kanuni yedek akçelerden ve 28.159.187,46 TL'si 2019 yılı net dönem karından karşılanmak üzere aşağıda belirtilen tutar ve oranlarda kar payı dağıtılmasının teklif edilmesine oybirliğiyle karar vermiştir.
