Yönetim Kurulumuz gündemindeki konuyu müzakere ederek SPK mevzuatına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre, 1.370.902,53 TL 'si 2022 yılına ait genel kanuni yedek akçelerden, 1.039.141,25 TL'si 2024 yılına ait genel kanuni yedek akçelerden ve 65.490.790,05 TL'si 2025 mali yılı net dönem karından karşılanmak üzere 67.900.833,83 TL tutarındaki dağıtılabilir kârın dağıtılmasına karar vermiştir.
