hesabından karşılanmak üzere toplam 1.890.000.000,00-TL bedelsiz sermaye artışı yapılması ve kâr payı ödeme tarihinin 20.04.2025 olarak belirlenmiştir. 20 Nisan 2025 tarihi tatil gününe gelmesinden dolayı "Kesinleşen Nakit Kar Payı Hak Kullanım Tarihi" 21.04.2025 olarak eklenmiştir.
