Şirketimizin de dahil olduğu grubun küresel finansal ekosisteme entegrasyon vizyonu doğrultusunda, uluslararası sermaye piyasalarındaki etkinliğini artırmaya yönelik stratejik bir adım daha atılmıştır.

Bu kapsamda, çatı holding konumundaki Pusula Finans Holding A.Ş. bünyesinde, Londra merkezli; portföy yönetimi, varlık yönetimi ve yatırım bankacılığı faaliyetlerini kapsayan entegre bir uluslararası finansal yapının kurulması, lisanslanması ve faaliyete geçirilmesine yönelik süreç başlatılmıştır.

Söz konusu global yapılanmanın; kuruluş stratejisinin oluşturulması, Birleşik Krallık finansal regülasyonlarına (FCA) uyum süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, operasyonel süreçlerin tasarlanması ve uçtan uca yapılandırılması kapsamında, uluslararası ölçekte faaliyet gösteren danışmanlık şirketlerinden KPMG (Birleşik Krallık) ile iş birliği ve operasyonel yönetim sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır.

Bu gelişme ile birlikte;

• Grup bünyesinde, uluslararası fonların yönetimi ve Türkiye'deki yatırım fırsatları ile buluşturulmasına yönelik bir finansal merkez oluşturulması,

• Küresel portföy yönetimi ve yatırım bankacılığı yetkinliklerinin grup yapısına entegre edilmesi suretiyle iştiraklerin uluslararası rekabet gücünün artırılması,

• Grubun küresel ölçekte varlık yönetimi kabiliyetlerinin kurumsal bir yapıya kavuşturulması

hedeflenmektedir.

Sürece ilişkin önemli gelişmeler, Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımız ile paylaşılmaya devam edilecektir.

In line with the vision of integrating the group, of which our Company is a part, into the global financial ecosystem, another strategic step has been taken to enhance its effectiveness in international capital markets.

Within this scope, a process has been initiated under Pusula Finans Holding A.Ş. , the parent holding company, for the establishment, licensing, and operational launch of an integrated international financial structure based in London, encompassing portfolio management, asset management, and investment banking activities.

In connection with this global structuring, a cooperation and operational management agreement has been executed with KPMG (United Kingdom) , one of the leading international advisory firms, covering the development of the establishment strategy, the execution of compliance processes with United Kingdom financial regulations (FCA), and the design and end-to-end structuring of operational processes.

With this development, it is aimed t

• Establish a financial hub within the Group for the management of international funds and their alignment with investment opportunities in Türkiye,

• Enhance the international competitiveness of subsidiaries by integrating global portfolio management and investment banking capabilities into the Group structure,

• Institutionalize the Group's asset management capabilities on a global scale.

Significant developments regarding this process will continue to be disclosed to the public and our investors in accordance with the Capital Markets legislation.
