A.S. Création changes to registered shares On May 3, 2013, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of A.S. Création Tapeten AG decided to convert the company’s bearer shares into registered shares. Among other things, this change will improve the communication possibilities between the company and its shareholders, as the share register will allow the company to inform its shareholders more quickly and effectively about the performance of the company. This change will now be implemented. On July 29, 2013, the shares of A.S. Création Tapeten AG will become registered shares. In this context, the German Securities Identification Number (WKN – Wertpapierkennnummer) and the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) will also be changed.
As of July 29, 2013, the A.S. Création share will have the following new Securities Identification Numbers:
