In accordance with our investment strategies, our Company's Board of Directors has decided to invest in an additional solar power plant that will cover 100% of our electricity expenses.

Within the framework of our sustainability strategy, CW Enerji Mühendislik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. was established to install a Land Type Solar Energy Power Plant (SPP) in order to meet all of our electricity expenses from solar energy, to support clean energy production and to reduce our carbon footprint. A contract was signed with. The amount of the signed contract is 8.700.000 USD excluding VAT (CBRT Foreign Exchange buying rate is 263.568.240,00 TL).

6th Region incentives will be used for this investment, and it is planned to be completed and commissioned in the second quarter of 2025.
