For the period 01.01.2024 - 31.03.2024, which was submitted to the Tax Office as an annex to the Provisional Tax Declaration for the first period of 2024, was not prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards, and was prepared without applying inflation accounting in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law and relevant regulations. The Unconsolidated Income Statement is attached.
The financial results to be prepared and disclosed to the public by our Company in accordance with Turkish Financial Reporting Standards in accordance with the Capital Markets Board Legislation for the same period may differ from the attached financial statements.
This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 17 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets numbered II-14.1.
