The Board of Directors prepared in accordance with the "Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Market (II-14.1)" of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the period 01.01.2024-31.03.2024, approved by the decision of our Board of Directors dated 07.06.2024 and numbered 22.
