In our disclosure made on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 15.08.2024, it was announced that our company participated in the tender with the registration number 2024/900034, titled "Çanakkale-Bayramiç Karaköy Pond Irrigation Pipe Purchase" conducted by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works - 25th Regional Directorate (Balıkesir), and ranked 1st by offering the most advantageous price.

The Tender Commission of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works - 25th Regional Directorate has communicated to our company the finalization decision stating that the work has been awarded to us and extended an invitation for contract signing. The contract between the parties was signed on 11.09.2024.

The base price of the work is 12,857,112.83 TL (including VAT), and the contract amount is expected to be reflected in the company's financial data by the end of 2024.
