With the decision of our Company's Board of Directors, in accordance with Article 11 of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, Gonca Çelik has been appointed as the Investor Relations Department Manager to fulfill the obligations arising from the Capital Markets Legislation, to ensure coordination in Corporate Governance practices, and to report on her work to the senior executive officer. It has been decided that Emine Aytaç, the current investor relations officer, will continue her duties.
