Our Board of Directors has decided to select SG Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş., registered with Ankara Trade Registry Office under trade registry number 245530, located at Beştepe Mahallesi Nergiz Sokak No 7/2 İç Kapı No 61 Yenimahalle / Ankara, to conduct assurance audit activities for the sustainability report for the year 2026, prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, as well as for other selected sustainability-related information. This decision will be submitted for approval at the next General Assembly Meeting.
