oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz, halka arz kararının temel sebeplerinden biri olan ve 2024 yılı Eylül ayında faaliyete başlayan Malatya CTP Kompozit Boru üretim tesisimiz için 20.02.2025 tarihinde yaptığı açıklamada ilave kapasite kararı aldığını ve tedarikçi firma ile makine alım sözleşmesi imzalandığını kamuoyuna duyurmuştu. Bu kapsamda kapasite artışını sağlayacak ilave üretim hatlarının kurulumu tamamlanmıştır. Yeni üretim hatlarımızın devreye alınmasıyla birlikte, yıllık ciromuza yaklaşık 40 milyon USD ek katkı sağlanması beklenmektedir. Yatırımın 2026 yılının ikinci yarısında devreye girecek olması nedeniyle bu yıl finansallarımıza sınırlı katkı sağlaması, asıl etkinin ise 2027 yılı itibarıyla tam olarak yansıması öngörülmektedir. In its announcement dated February 20, 2025, our company informed the public about the decision to increase the capacity of our Malatya CTP Composite Pipe Production Facility, which commenced operations in September 2024 and was one of the primary reasons for our public offering decision. In the same announcement, it was also stated that a machinery purchase agreement had been signed with the supplier. Within this scope, the installation of additional production lines to increase capacity has been completed. With the commissioning of our new production lines, it is expected to contribute approximately 40 million USD annually to our revenue. Since the investment will be operational in the second half of 2026, its contribution to this year's financials is expected to be limited, with the full impact anticipated to be reflected starting from 2027.
