Şirket esas sözleşmesinin "Şirketin Sermayesi " başlıklı 6'nci maddesinin vermiş olduğu yetkiye dayanarak; 2.000.000.000 TL (İki Milyar Türk Lirası) kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 300.000.000 TL (Üç Yüz Milyon Türk Lirası) olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle % 100 oranında 300.000.000 TL (Üç Yüz Milyon Türk Lirası) tutarında nakit (bedelli) olarak arttırılarak 600.000.000 TL (Altı Yüz Milyon Türk Lirası)'na çıkarılmasına ilişkin hazırlanan Fon Kullanım Raporu ve İzahname'nin onaylanması amacı ile Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na bugün (15.04.2025) başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
