("Bağlı Ortaklık")'nin Ata Express Elektronik İletişim Tanıtım Pazarlama Dağıtım San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Ata Express") ile ilgili yatırım kararına ilişkin olarak kamuya yapılan 30.12.2023 tarihindeki açıklamada belirtilen ; Bağlı Ortaklık'ın 30.06.2024 tarihine kadar hisselerin bedelini ödeyip devri tamamlaması şartı ile Ata Express paylarının Sözleşme'de yer alan aynı hüküm ve koşullar ile Bağlı Ortaklık'a devrine ilişkin opsiyon hakkının muhafaza edilebileceği, hususu; Bağlı Ortaklık paylarının sermaye artırım yolu ile nitelikli yatırımcıya satışına ilişkin ihraç belgesinin onaylanması kapsamında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na 07.06.2024 tarihinde yapılan başvuru sürecinin devam etmesi nedeniyle, ilgili başvurunun yasal süreçlerinin sonuçlanmasına kadar opsiyon hakkının muhafaza edileceği konusunda anlaşma sağlanmıştır.		Regarding our company's subsidiary ATP Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı (ATP Venture Capital Investment Partnership) A.Ş. ("Subsidiary") and its investment decision concerning Ata Express Elektronik İletişim Tanıtım Pazarlama Dağıtım San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Ata Express"), as stated in the public announcement dated 30.12.2023: It has been agreed that the option right for the transfer of Ata Express shares to the Subsidiary, under the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement, will be preserved, provided that the Subsidiary completes the payment of the share price and the transfer by 30.06.2024. Due to the ongoing process of the application submitted to the Capital Markets Board on 07.06.2024 for the approval of the issuance document concerning the sale of Subsidiary shares to qualified investors through a capital increase, it has been agreed to maintain the option right until the legal processes of the relevant application are concluded.
