In the letter dated 13.09.2024 from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) that reached our subsidiary ATP Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. ("Subsidiary") today:

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Principle Decision SPK 48.12 (dated 24/12/2020 and numbered 78/1586), the application of the Subsidiary has been dismissed until the conditions for the sale of venture capital investment trust shares to qualified investors are met. Following compliance with the aforementioned Board Principle Decision, an application must be submitted to the Board, no later than 22.04.2025, per the period specified in the second paragraph of Article 12 of the Communiqué on the Principles of Venture Capital Investment Trusts numbered III-48.1.
