" for the independent audit of our Company's financial reports for the 2024 fiscal year and to carry out other related activities within the scope of relevant regulations, taken at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 02.12.2024 , was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 17 .12.2024 and published in the Turkey Trade Registry Gazette dated 18.12.2024, issue number 11231.
