Within the scope of the Board of Directors resolution dated 13.05.2025 regarding the initiation of the Share Buyback Program:

On 27.05.2025, a total of TL 62,000 nominal value of ATATP shares were repurchased by our Company on Borsa İstanbul at a price range of TL 80.30 – TL 81.35 per share (with a weighted average price of TL 81.01).

The ratio of the repurchased shares to the Company's capital under the Buyback Program is 0.5413%
