toplantısında Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı'na göre düzenlenmiş konsolide mali tablolarımıza göre 181.151.910 TL Dönem zararı oluşmuştur, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri gereğince düzenlenen bireysel mali tablosuna göre de 14.623.511,43 TL dönem karı oluşmuştur.
Buna göre SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dahilinde, VUK hükümlerince hazırlanmış mali tablolarımızda oluşan karın G
eçmiş yıl zararlarından mahsup edilmesine, bu sebeple kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına karar verilmiştir.
