Şirketimizin 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri gereğince düzenlenen bireysel mali tablosuna göre 7.382.104,64 TL dönem zararı, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı'na göre düzenlenmiş konsolide mali tablolarımıza göre de 934.377.091 TL (ana ortaklık payları 934.377.091 TL) dönem karı oluşmuştur.
Buna göre SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dâhilinde, 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul
toplantısında ortakların onayına sunulmak üzere VUK hükümlerince hazırlanmış mali tabloda oluşan zarar nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı'na göre oluşan karın ise "Geçmiş Yıllar Karı" hesabına aktarılmasına, oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
