-Şirketimizin bugün yaptığı Yönetim Kurulu Toplantısında; Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı ve Özkaynaklarda yer alan ortaklara dağıtılabilecek Diğer Fonlar üzerinde yapılacak tasarruflarla ilgili görüşmeler sonucunda;

- 23.05.2025 tarihinde yapılan, 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda alınan kar dağıtım kararı doğrultusunda,

-93.750.000 TL Sermayeyi temsil eden pay sahiplerinin hukuki durumuna bağlı olarak dağıtılması öngörülen temettünün, 6.500.000 TL Brüt, 5.525.000 TL Net tam mükellef kurum niteliğindeki pay sahiplerine brüt 6,93 Kuruş ve gerçek kişi pay sahiplerine de net 5,89 Kuruş olmak üzere, nakden dağıtılmasına, nakit kar payının 12 Eylül 2025 tarihinden itibaren dağıtılmasına, katılanların oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
